Return & Refund Policy

At Lurevina, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may return it in accordance with the guidelines set out in this policy. We strive to make the return process simple and hassle-free.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt)

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Refunds cannot be provided for the following:

  • Sealed products that have been opened

  • Custom-made or personalized items produced according to the customer’s specifications

  • Personal or hygiene-related items that cannot be returned due to their nature

3. Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fee for returned items. Refunds will be processed according to our return policy.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the responsibility of:

  • The customer

If you are responsible for return shipping, we recommend using a trackable service. We are not liable for lost or undelivered return packages.

5. How to Return Your Order

If your order meets the return requirements listed above, you can begin the return process by following the steps below:

1. Send an email to: support@lurevina.com
2. Please ensure your email includes the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return request
  • A photo of the product, if there is any visible external damage
  • The customer’s first and last name
  • The customer’s address

The package must be returned to our warehouse. Please do not send the product back to the sender’s address until you have received the proper return instructions from us.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Refund processing time: 10 business days depending on your bank or provider.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs (original or return) are non-refundable depending on case

  • No restocking fees will be deducted from your refund amount.

7. Exchanges

We currently offer direct product exchanges.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 30 days at support@lurevina.com with a photo of the defect. We will either replace the product or provide a full refund. For recurring defects, we will refund the purchase amount.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company, it may take time before your refund is officially posted

  3. Contact your bank, processing time may vary
