1. Processing Time

Orders are processed on business days only, which are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Order processing time: 1–3 business days.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT) will be processed on the next business day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will also be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Time

After your order has been processed, it will be handed over to the shipping carrier for delivery. Estimated Shipping Times:

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, customs procedures, or unforeseen delays.

3. Total Delivery Time

Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Example: If processing takes 2 business days and shipping takes 5 business days, you can expect to receive your order in approximately 7 business days.

4. Shipping Days

Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday. We do not ship on Sundays or public holidays.

5. Order Cut-Off Time

To ensure same-day processing, orders must be placed before 5:00 PM (GMT) on a business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.

6. Shipping Rates

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders within the United Kingdom.

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your order via our tracking page.

8. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and additional fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs procedures.

9. Delays & Exceptions

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Customs inspections
